Susan E Holt

February 24,1936 – December 7, 2010 It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Susan Elaine Holt, aged 74, on December 7, 2010 at Surrey Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by her partner Clem Meilleur, her sister Sheila and brother Tom. Susan was born in Bethany, Manitoba on February 24, 1936. She spent her formative years in Burnaby, BC. Susan spent 38 years in California USA, returning to BC in 1998. Susan will be forever remembered by her devoted sister Blanche(Marty) who live in Surrey BC, sister Joan in San Diego CA, brother Barry in Surrey BC, beloved sons James and Tom, special friend Johanne Starr and her treasured grandchildren, nephews and nieces. She will be sadly missed by her many close friends in the USA and Canada. Susan touched the lives of all who met her with her warmth and special “gift” of optimism which she expressed with courage and dignity until the end. Friends and family are invited to Susan’s Celebration of Life on December 18, 2010 at the Chelsea Garden Clubhouse at 2 pm which is located at 138th Street and 70th Avenue in Surrey.
