Dear Aunt Sylvia, I could write a book on how much she meant to me. I am writing this far after her passing because I was unaware of this site till now. Sylvia was a wonderful aunt, beautiful,  fun,   and caring. She had one son Terrence that she loved dearly. I can recall all the interesting stories she told me of her childhood, some funny and some sad. Sylvia was a very good story teller. Even though times in her life were not happy she always had a smile and would carry on without a grudge. She was a hard worker(nurse) loved gardening, generous, kind, and loved the Canucks! Many times through my growing up years my mom (Anna), Brother(Laverne) and I would spend Christmas in her home. It was a magical  time beautiful decorations, tree and food. My favorite memory was when she and I would talk about buying a little red sports car and driving all around the country,  too bad that never happened but it was always fun to dream. I loved her very much and will always have her in my heart.  Sincerely Dorothy
