Pennykid, Terry Marlene (Nee Scott)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Terry Marlene Pennykid, following a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Terry was predeceased by her parents Steve and Violet Scott and her daughter Sherri. She is survived by her loving husband of fifty-five years, Barry, son Gary (Jamie), granddaughter Taylor and grandson Christien. Her sister Heather, brothers Jack and Rick and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
Terry was a warm, caring woman with a quiet presence about her and she had a great sense of humour. She was a wonderful homemaker who doted on her family. She loved family dinners, shopping! Christmas mornings and Purdy’s chocolates. She will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew her. She slipped away with family at her side. Finally at peace and free of pain.
We wish to thank the staff at SMH North 42 and the Paramed Homecare ladies for the warmth and compassion they provided. And special thanks to her main caregiver and friend Virginia Mouland.
Cremation has taken place and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
