William Andrew Seebach

William (Bill) Seebach passed away peacefully on October 24, 2024, at his home in Whitecliff in Whiterock. He is survived by his children Larry (Raazhan), Greg (Andrea), and Shelley (Trent) and his wife Liz Pateman and her daughters Carol, Joanna (Larry), and Sally (Shane)as well as nine grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Camie (nee Driver) in 1992.

Bill was born January 4, 1931, in Melaval, Saskatchewan to Gordon Seebach and May Tayler. He was the second oldest of his four siblings, Lyla, Doreen, Mel and Jim. He moved to Edmonton in his teens and attended NAIT where he earned a diploma in Sound Engineering. Shortly afterwards he moved to Vancouver where he had a long career working at the CBC.

Bill’s love of golf brought him much joy throughout his life. He also enjoyed to curl, play bridge amongst other card games, snow ski in his younger years, and travel.

Bill will be lovingly missed by all that knew him.
