Born in Attleboro, a son of Albert and Linda (Armitage) Coutinho Jr. of Rehoboth, he attended Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School. Mr. Coutinho was a self-employed carpenter for many years and enjoyed auto mechanics.
In addition to his parents and former wife he is survived by his two children; Samantha J. Coutinho and Jacob E. Coutinho both of Swansea; a sister Tami Coutinho of Fall River; his Godson and nephew Jeffrey Desousa; grandfather Thomas Armitage of Pawtucket and his Godparents Thomas Armitage Jr. of Tenants Harbor, ME and Karen (Coutinho) Bora of Fall River.
His funeral service will held on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 7pm in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea. Visiting hours will be Thursday from 4pm to 7pm prior to his service. In lieu of flowers contributions in his honor may be made to S.S.T.A.R. 386 Stanley St., Fall River, MA 02721.
