Dear Aunt Aurore,
You have always inspired me to be the best person I can be. You reminded me so much of my dad, that being with you brought joy to me, every time. As we are approaching your birthday, I will be celebrating with prayer! I am sad knowing you will not be there when we visit everyone in Massachusetts. I miss your smile, your exuberance, your wisdom, but mostly, I miss your loving support. I remember years of happiness, years of fun, and at times, sadness, when losing our loved ones. You have always been a strong and elegant woman, and I appreciate everything you have shared with me, in countless ways. I look forward to many years of reminiscing all the wonders of you with your beautiful and loving daughter, Sue and her family. You left us many gifts to treasure, and we will be opening and enjoying every one of your gifts for years, and generations to come. I miss you, I love you.

Aunt Aurore was always an inspiration to me. 96 and still dancing, driving and loving life. You will be greatly missed on this plain but heaven has been waiting a long time to have an angel as magnetic as you. You will forever be a Saint to all that knew you. Our new angel that will watch over us all and deliver his love and messages. Thank you for all that you have done, will do and may you find the everlasting happiness you deserve.

Aurore will be deeply missed.. I will miss her smile, spirit, wisdom, hugs, kisses, and her line dancing moves... she loved her new boots that her grand-daughter bought her. She wore them proudly with the biggest smile!
She was an amazing women who lived life to the fullest. She was my inspiration and I was truly blessed to call her my friend. Rest In Peace.

A mother is the spirit that dwells in the home
a teacher of love is she
Her faith is one that believes in spring
when snow glistens on the trees

While rainbows soar and birds fly high
while God paints the autumn leaves
A mother's eyes can look and grasp
the beauty in all of these.

The child grows tall with skyward eyes
and dares to seek a dream
And learns a mother is a gift
that sometimes goes unseen.

The child is me and my mere words
could never quite explain
So God made you to give to me the meaning
to the Mother's name.
