To the whole Belanger family,
I met Arthur several times in the past few times at different parties and gatherings because i am Karen O'Riordan's daughter. He was a great man, always with a smile on his face. I know this isn't easy, I have lost three loved ones in the past year. Just know he is watching over all of you all the time in Heaven. I hope you find comfort in this time of sorrow.
