Born in Boston, the son of the late Donald C. and Hazel (Kilborn)
Stockbarger, he was a graduate of Proctor Academy. Mr. Stockbarger
earned an Associate’s Degree from UMass Amherst in Food Management.
He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict, stationed
in Alaska. Mr. Stockbarger was employed at the Jefferson Hotel in Washington, DC for 37 years. He enjoyed animals, nature, music, and family.
He is survived by a niece, Karen and her husband William and four great
nieces, Sarah, Christina, Alexandra and Kenleigh. Donald was the brother
of the late Jeanne S. Wadleigh.
Arrangements are in the care of Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189
