EJ
It was a pleasure to get to know you in the short year I knew you. From the first time you sat down at the Radisson lobby bar you had me rolling in laughter. You became a great customer and more importantly a great friend. You had an infectious laugh n smile, and the biggest heart of anyone I ever met. Your kindness, big heart n concern for those around you was felt by all! You truly will be missed by me and us all that had the pleasure of meeting you. I’m not sure I will ever be able to enjoy my Jameson whiskey again.... the Irish girl in me is laughing, I will think of u every time I pour myself one. .... so basically daily! “You’re killing me Smalls!”
Thank you for being you. May you be at peace n chillin with ur dad laughing at us for being sad!

To your mom (Elizabeth) wife (Maria) and son (Joey and his mom Patricia) I’m so truly sorry for your loss. I hope you find some comfort in knowing he was someone people gravitated too. He was a good man and always was willing to stop help n listen to anyone in need. He truly became one of my best friends n will miss forever. He often referred to me as a female version on him, just a lot shorter....lol
EJ shouldnt be cried over his life should be celebrated, bc he truly loved life, lived it on his terms n enjoyed it every moment! Most of us can’t say that about ourselves. Boy that Big Guy has a great laugh!
Gone way to soon... as a typical Long Islander I will quote Billy Joel...
“only the good die young!”

E.J.
I was so happy when you found us, It was exciting to know we had a half brother and a beautiful nephew. I will always regret that we were never able to meet in person or get to know you better, there is so much left unsaid and unshared. You were so young, I thought, we would have plenty of time, but life can be harsh and tomorrow is not promised! This is a tragic, heartbreaking and profound loss! You are loved now and forever.
