To The Bell Family,
My deepest condolences for your loss.
My Parents and Chief Bell where long-time friends back in the 1950's, when he was a Police Officer in Swansea.
May Mrs. Bell, along with Chief Bell rest in peace.
Their Contributions to The Community were numerous, and will never be forgotten.
