Frank "Moe" Greene

Born in Fall River, a son of the late James H. and Evelyn (Gosson) Greene, he lived in Fall River for many years before moving to Swansea fifty years ago.

Mr. Greene worked at Globe Manufacturing for over thirty years before retiring in 1990. A member of the Somerset Progressive Club, he was an avid golfer and a sports enthusiast.

He is survived by two sons: David B. Greene and his wife Pamela of Fall River, Michael F. Greene and his girlfriend Sherri Coakley of Swansea, one daughter: Alison Clark and her husband Thomas of York, ME, four brothers: Raymond Greene of Tampa, FL, Charles and Joseph Greene of NH, Edward Greene of Somerset, one sister: Marie Gracia of Swansea, six grandchildren: Katie Canuel, Jonathan, Victoria, Alexander, Angelica, and Aaron Greene, three great-grandchildren: Jacob, Emily, and Benjamin Greene, and many nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Russell S. Greene.

Private arrangements are in the care of the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Birchcrest, Swansea. Contributions in honor made be made to Beacon Hospice, 182 North Main St., Fall River, MA 02720.
