First met George and his family when my family moved to Swansea in 1972. I was 13 going on 14. Their daughter, Sharon, (same age as me) became one of my very best buds. In a short time, we all connected. Through the years, including the loss of our beloved Sharon, we found ways to be in touch. This family is deeply in my heart forever. George and I connected at another funeral a little over a year and a half ago. That was an answered prayer, one of the desires of my heart, to see him again, at least one more time. RIP, George. You gave it all you had. No one could ask for more.

My condolences to the Kimball Family. As a member of the Swansea PD I worked with George when he was stationed in Rehoboth and latter on in Middleboro as well as latter on for Eastern Utilities. He was always a straight shooter and all around great Trooper.

My condolences to the Kimball family. I worked under Major Kimball and can say with passion and admiration that I never met a person who commanded and offered such a level of respect in all of his interactions. It was an honor and an opportunity to have worked with and under him.

You were a hero serving our country. You were a hero to me. I will never forget going to all the hotdog stands looking for the best one. I will never forget our lunches out and you taking me shopping. I will miss you so very much. I love you . Patti

I will miss my neighbor and my friend. George and I spent many a snowstorm out there together shoveling and snow blowing. I wish I had a nickel for every "Hey Mike, you got a minute?", I heard over the years, and I truly enjoyed every one of them. Rest in peace buddy.

I will always remember the egg salad sandwiches that he brought Shelly and I at work every week. Even the one with the moldy bread. I will remember how much he loved his daughters, grandchildren and even his great grandchildren that he had not met yet. RIP George.
