Henry J. Paul

He was born in Fall River the son of the late Henry and Mary (Davis) Paul and was a 1941 graduate of BMC Durfee High School. Mr. Paul was a United States Army Veteran of World War II, a member of the Corky Row Club in Fall River, enjoyed traveling, playing cards and was a communicant of St. Dominic’s Church.

Mr. Paul was the owner/operator of Paul’s Auto Sales in Fall River and Somerset and for many years was a Sales Representative for the former Poirier Lincoln Mercury dealer in Fall River.

He is also survived by his children Bradford Paul and his wife Erin of San Francisco, CA , David Paul and his wife Mary of Somerset; Cheryl Audet and her partner Mark Dubuc of Swansea and Kim Howarth and her husband Scott of Assonet; a sister in-law Patricia Paul of Fall River; grandchildren Alec, David, Laura, Abigail, Justin, Shannon, Mathieu, Nicholas, Nadia and Jayleigh; great-grandchildren Anya, Haley, Lily, Jacob and Aiden; several nieces and nephews and his devoted dogs Buddy and Daisy. He was also the brother of the late William Paul.

His funeral will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 10am from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners neck Rd., Swansea followed by his funeral mass at 11am in St. Dominic’s Church, 1277 GAR Highway, Swansea. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 8pm. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
