Ja’Ahvani Lavi Butler, the 23 month old beloved son of Jerron Butler Jr. and Linda Nim Butler of Fall River, passed away in his sleep on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Ja’Ahvani was affectionately known by his family as “Ping Pos.” He was also known as “Vroom Vroom,” for his love of motorcycles and the sounds they make.
A boy’s boy and a strong one at that, he loved football, food, King Kong, building with legos and play fighting with his siblings and cousins. Ja’Ahvani was brave, he had beautiful eyes, curls and a contagious smile that would light up the room. Quite the comedian, he had a boss like personality and loved to communicate with his pointer finger and facial expressions.
Some of his happiest times were spent by the water, swimming, making Tik Tok videos, watching his sister cheer, his brothers play football and taking care of his American Bull Dogs Russia and Chunga. His favorite characters were Wuba from his favorite movie Monster Hunt, PJ Mask, Owelette, Catboy and Gekko.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Jerron Butler, III, Ja’Saun Butler and Juelz Butler; his sister and second mom Aziana Butler and his grandparents, Heang Nim and Rem But, Barbara Flowers and Jerron Butler Sr. He is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in the Flowers, Nim, Butler, Frias and Branco families.
