I have known Joan for many years through our mutual employer. I always found her to be a very friendly person. Our friendship blossomed after I retired and my wife Jean and I began to see Joan socially. She was a pleasure to be with and she will be very sorely missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace my friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with Joanie’s family and friends. I played Bocce with Joan for years and she was a wonderful person. She was always friendly! She loved her family. I am heartbroken to no longer hear her voice or laugh or watch launch her bocce ball!! Gather yourselves close and remember her love for all❤️ Rebecca Johnson
