Dear Berube Family,
I will miss your mom greatly. I remember she and my grandma, Virginia, speaking in Polish so is kids wouldn’t understand them. She was always so good to me. Gave great hugs. Loved visiting her and will always cherish time spent with her and Uncle Bob.

Sending wishes of peace to all of Nora's family and wishing that we could be there to celebrate her life in person. Please know she has been in our thoughts.
Nora, my grandmother's sister, is the last of my Great Aunties to pass. She (like all of the Domurad sisters) showed me love, warmth, and acceptance when we visited from the West Coast. That feeling - blended with memories of summer gatherings in yards and an abundance of rich food - is something I will always cherish.
I hope the six sisters are gathering in heaven. I have no doubt they are each watching over us. ♡♡♡♡♡♡

I have known Nota since 1947. She was my sister in law, and was the maid of honer at our wedding. She was a kind and considerate human being, and loved her family. I so loved her, her and her boys. God bless her and her family.

Nora shared many stories about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was very proud of them, for sure, but her obvious enjoyment of each one and each personality warmed my heart during our phone visits. Family was everything to Nora.
We also talked about food and treasured family recipes. Nora's lasagne is legendary!
