Louise J. Rioux

Louise J. Rioux, age 82, of Rehoboth, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022. She was the wife of the late Robert Rioux, to whom she was married to for 50 years. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late John Baldaia and Louise (Piela) Dudek. She worked for many years as a sewing machine operator. Always on the go, Louise enjoyed her time traveling to different casinos to play slot machines and bingo. With a great love for Disney, she visited there twenty-five years in a row. When home, she enjoyed her time spent with her family and friends. She is survived by her five children, Douglas Rioux and his wife Sherrie of Rehoboth, Jeffrey Rioux of Rehoboth, Kevin Rioux and his wife Theresa of New Bedford, Lori Cambra and her husband John of Fall River, and Christopher Rioux and his wife Orlanda of Rehoboth; one sister, Barbara Cote; one niece and goddaughter, Paula Furtado; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She was the sister of the late John Baldaia. Her Funeral Service will be Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Birchcrest, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea with a visitation prior from 12:00 - 2:00 PM.
