When someone asks me who my favorite teacher is, I still to this day say my fourth grade teacher Mrs. Fadden. You couldn't find a nicer, funnier lady to be your teacher. She cared so much and tried so hard for all of her kids, I'm confident that no one felt left behind. My enduring memory of her is at the end of the year slideshow the year she retired, which ended with her picture and the whole school saying "we'll miss you Mrs. Fadden!" She was brought to tears cause that's how much she cared about every kid in that room, and every kid that was in that room before them. Just a phenomenal women who's legacy will endure with the children she inspired.

Mrs. Fadden was my sixth grade teacher at Luther School. She taught next door to Mrs. Pickering. I loved her. I was just thinking about the song she taught us to remember our grammar only two weeks ago. My late parents were also teachers and always remembered her laughing hysterically and telling them about a picture I drew of all of them at the beach drinking Manhattans because they were so happy summer vacation had arrived. What a legacy she left that so many former students are posting here.

Mrs. Fadden was one of my favorite teachers at Luther School even though I never personally had her as a teacher. She exuded kindness and warmth. I loved visiting her after I left Luther. I enjoyed having her as my neighbor and always loved trick and treating at her home and getting my Halloween pencils. Thanks to Facebook, I was able to reconnect with her and chat with her again after so many years. She will be dearly missed.

Mrs. Fadden was my fourth grade teacher 20 years ago now, but I will never forget what a wonderful and kind person she was. My sister and I would always trick or treat at her house on and get our Halloween themed pencils! She will be missed.

Mrs. Fadden was my 3rd grade teacher at Luther School. She was so kind and smart and pretty and fashionable. She used to wrap scotch tape around her fingers to delint her skirt. She made a big impact on my young school girl’s mind. My deepest sympathy to her family. Sincerely, Daryl Ann Sunderland Keyes
