Born in Fall River, a son of the late Paul A. Smith and Cheryl A. (Mello) Duclos and her husband Raymond H. Duclos of Swansea, he was a lifelong resident of Swansea.
He is survived by his brother: William Domingos, III of Swansea, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
His funeral will be held Wednesday March 14, 2012 at 11:00 AM in St. Dominic’s Church, 1277 GAR Highway in Swansea. His family will receive friends Wednesday morning in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners Neck Rd. from 8:30AM – 10:30AM prior to his funeral. In lieu of flowers contributions in his honor may be made to the Community Anti-Drug Coalations of America, 625 Slaters Lane, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22316. Burial is private.
