He was born in Fall River, the son of the late Lucien T. and Rita M. (Boudreau) Corriveau and was a lifelong area resident. Mr. Corriveau was a graduate of Joseph Case High School in Swansea and attended Bradford Durfee Tech.
Raymond was employed as a Senior Buyer with Northrup Grumman/AOX in Cambridge for 17 years. He enjoyed photography, computers and was involved in Junior Achievement. A United States Navy Veteran, Mr. Corriveau served during the Vietnam War on the USS Robert K. Huntington.
He is survived by his sister; Pauline G. Corriveau of New York, NY and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Corriveau was also the brother of the late Ronald L. Corriveau.
His Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2014 in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT BIRCHCREST, 189 Gardners Neck Rd., Swansea. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 4PM to 7PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in his honor may be made to the American Cancer Society, 931 Jefferson Blvd., Suite 3004, Warwick, RI 02886. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Swansea, MA.
