Sitting here trying to find words that adequately reflect my sadness in telling Ryan we'll meet again but have to accept words can never express the depth of my and all of our grief for what is unimaginable.

Rest easy Ryan, smile while out with the animals you so love, know how much you will be terribly missed by all and know how much we all wish this was and is a horrid nightmare and would do anything to see your cheerful face and hear your laughter again.

To Jen, Dennis and all of the family, I'm beyond sorry the Good Lord had an undoubtedly pressing need for Ryan to be with him at his side so prematurely and pray time will help you find eventual peace and tranquility in knowing Ryan is now in no better place other than home with you, family, friends, the dogs, the horses, his friends and all he cherished doing.

Truly a heartache.

No parent should have to face losing a child …. their daily joy.

I would like to express my deepest thoughts to Jen and Dennis. I didn’t have the pleasure in knowing Ryan. My daughter Lily has taken the bus with his sister for years. Looking at all his memories and smiles he truly is an amazing person. May you have the strength to take one day at a time and know we are all praying for you. 🙏🏻

My daughter Alanna (Allie) went to middle school with Ryan and would sometimes eat lunch with him. She was thrilled when she found out that they were both going to the same high school and loved having him in her community health class. She has mentioned how they would talk about working together when they graduated and how much they were looking forward to getting their licenses so they could carpool together and go to Wendy’s on half days. Ryan had helped Allie to speak up more in class and being the sweet young man that he was would sometimes ask questions for her if she was too shy. They were also on the track team together and she would always make sure she had an extra water bottle just in case he needed it. She liked hanging out with him when they weren’t competing, keeping their inside jokes going, and would joke around on the bus with him as he tried sneaking her snacks. His passing has left a big hole in the life of everyone who knew him and Allie wanted to share these memories and how much he meant to her. He was a wonderful friend and the sweetest person. RIP Ryan.

Words can’t express how sorry and deeply saddened I am at the loss of Ryan. Jen, Dennis and family Ryan was such a charming and sweet kid. He will be missed so much. He was compassionate and great person to be around. Always great seeing him get muddy at a trial. I remember when he hustled making a few bucks cleaning up people’s dog and horse areas! He will always be in our memories and our hearts and may you all heal in your own time and your own way. Your friends are here if you need us.
