Born to Claire and Mike "Buddy" Sullivan of East Bay. A natural born athlete Alan was active throughout his life playing hockey, golf and baseball. Alan was never one to be idle, if he wasn’t maintaining his property, he was snowmobiling, biking, or just spending time with family and friends.
After graduating from St. Fx he would still attest to the fact that he never worked a day in his life, because working at Sullivan Fuels with his father and brother was hardly work to him.
Survived by daughters Krystal and Leah Anne, granddaughter Lilly, mother Claire, sisters Nancy, Joyce (Don), Maureen (George), brothers Mike (Michelle), Blair (Shelley), Bruce and Gary and many nieces and nephews.
Alan is predeceased by his father Mike Sullivan and brother in law Alison Buchanan.

There will be no visitation and cremation has taken place under the care of TW Curry Parkview Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 19th, 10am, at St. Mary's Church in East Bay, with Fr. Anthony O'Connor officiating.
