Brian was the son of the late Noel Sr. and Bessie (Isadore) Christmas of Membertou.
Brian loved to be around family and friends. He loved to laugh and share a good joke. He had a great sense of humour. Brian enjoyed sports and attending hockey games. He would be seen all over Membertou on his scooter. Brian was one of Montreal Canadians biggest fans. Before Brian got sick he worked for Membertou Band as a security guard and also as a construction worker.
Brian enjoyed his trips to Tim Hortons and giving the staff a hard time ordering a triple single with a “BOSTON GOT CREAMED” donut.
Left to mourn his passing are his daughters, Annette Cremo, Courtney Marshall, Shondra Johnson, Tradina Sanipass, Brittany Sanipass, Rachel Christmas, Ann Shelby Gould, his sons, Brendon Paul and Brian Christmas, as well as his grandchildren his sisters, Charlene and Natalie Christmas, Valerie Matthews, brothers George Isadore, Clayton and Noel Jr. Christmas. He will also be missed by a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, God children and special cousin Dean Christmas.
Besides his parents, Brian was predeceased by his brothers Mayard and Colin Christmas.
The family wish to thank the staff at Celtic Court and the Northside Community Guest Home, especially Jacqueline, as well as the Membertou Wellness Homecare workers for their tremendous care and compassion.
Visitation will be held at his daughter’s house 90 Putus Auti starting on Sunday March 1, 2020 at 5pm and continuing until the Funeral Mass on Tuesday March 3, 2020 at 11am at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church with Fr.
