So sorry to hear about Anne's  passing. 
We all remember her great smile and how friendly she was.
Some remember her as a great and caring Nurse.

Judy & Malcolm…I was so saddened to read of Anne’s passing. She always took the 5 extra minutes when we met at the hospital to say hello & to ask how everyone was doing…she will be missed by so many, sincere sympathy for your loss.

I was so saddened to hear today of Ann’s passing. I am so sorry for your loss.

I am shocked and deeply saddened to read of Ann’s passing . Ann was an exceptional nurse who portrayed  knowledge, empathy and compassion to the highest standard in her work . I knew Ann as a colleague at St Ritas but also as the familiar face in the Day Surgery Dept. who had  the ability to make the most nervous patient (;my husband ) feel secure and comfortable.  . Her kindness and understanding on these occasions will never be forgotten.

Malcolm & family, I was so sad to hear of Ann's passing, I've  had the privilege of knowing Ann from working in the operating room. at St Rita's & again in day surgery at the regional. She was a joy to know & her professionalism & caring were second to none.  Her patients were always her top priority.  She will be missed greatly. Dear Malcolm, 
I only got to meet you recently but I’ve had the past 3 1/2 yrs to befriend your darling wife. Ann was the consummate professional. She was always good for a laugh, or a hug when I needed one. She was common sense and no nonsense. She gave the best of herself to her patients and her colleagues. 
I have missed her so much since she stopped working. We would check in regularly to see if anyone had seen or heard from her because everyone loved her so much. 
Her memory is a blessing to those who knew her. I hope your memories and those shared here give you some comfort in your time of profound grief.

Malcolm,  my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Ann. She was a wonderful kind and friendly person and a fantastic nurse.  I am so glad to have known her. I worked in the OR when Ann was there. I was only speaking to her a few months ago while she took great care of my Mom while she was in Day surgery.  It breaks my heart of her passing. Ann was an angel may she R.I.P.

I had the pleasure of working with Anne in day surgery. She was kind, compassionate and truly a wonderful nurse.  Anne was always positive and remembered every person she spoke to by name.  She will be missed.  To Anne's family I send my deepest condolences.  I am sure you have many memories of Anne. I know they will bring you comfort during this difficult time.

Dear Malcom,
I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed every moment I was lucky to have spent with Ann, both at work and outside of work. Her quick wit and sense of humour made even the most arduous shift at work enjoyable. She was an avid advocate for her patients and was not afraid to make sure  standards of care where upheld. We were shocked and saddened to read of Ann's passing.  Talk about a bright light gone from a community!  I always remember having to have an OR experience at the Regional and how lucky I was that Ann was there and she looked after me. So sorry to hear of Ann’s passing , she was a great nurse and friend. She was so kind and caring with the patients she cared for and made them feel so comfortable before and after their surgery. We had many great laughs as a group with Ann always keeping us entertained with funny stories! Her favourite saying when telling a story was “ and it gets better “ !! She will be missed by so many of her fellow nurses and friends for sure ! 💔

I am deeply grieved to learn that Ann Lewis passed away. I had the privilege of working with her for over 40 years. She was a very positive minded person full of energy who cared for people, enjoyed the outdoors, motorcycle, dogs and a real pleasure to work with. She will be missed greatly. I would like to convey my sincere condolences to her family and trust that the Almighty will give them the strength and resources needed at this very difficult time, We all belong to the Almighty, and to Him we return.

Dear Malcolm and all your family ,Ann was a dedicated Registered Nurse  that  had empathy for her patients and showed clear leadership in her roles as an  Or Nurse and Processor of The Day Surgery Unit at the Regional . Ann also had a wonderful sense of humour which was such a delight as we charged through the days of busy patient care .We were better for having her there  ,having her in our corner being a mentor  . .
