Thank you Janey for being a great friend, companion and partner in life to my Dad. Thank you for the creativity you brought to making a house a home that included my sister 'T' and I: your wonderful cooking, dressmaking and general sense of fun. It was a happy thing that you and my Dad went on to build a B&B in which your combined talents could thrive and provide a welcome to others from far and wide. Rest in peace. Love, Maria

Jane (Keeping...as I knew her) Worton was such a positive influence on all her young stewardess charges. All of whom became Jane’s life friends.
Jane would have been a model stewardess for any airline . She was so professional and guided those under her chief stewardess role with Eastern Provincial Airways.
Jane was a great lady of flair of fashion and constant friendships.
One knew when Jane had a arrived in the room as her voice would greet all with giggles and laughter.
Her presence coloured the EPA reunions.
Some people we always expect to be just, there ...
God speed to Jane.
Sympathy to all those who shared her life, certainly when she needed the love care she so deserved.
Brenda (LeDrew) Keyes.

When Eastern Provincial bought out Maritime Central Airways, I was the Chief Stewardess in Moncton, Jane was Chief Stewardess based in Gander. Because I was unilingual, I had to move to Gander in order to keep,my job. My first meeting with Jane. What a wonderful person. We worked together and shared Chief Stewardess duties. I treasured her friendship. Long after we both had left the airline, my Mother and I went to Jan and John's B&B on Christmas Island. We had a wonderful visit. (John teaching me how to make a proper G&T) I am so very sorry to read of Jane's passing.

OMG , I cannot believe she is gone from this world to meet up with her Johnny ! She came to Gander with EPA as A Stewardess and came immediately to live with my Sister Agnes Joy and my Mom Rose Nolan on Boyd street in Gander , Agnes had just moved in with us to help my Mother raise four of moms youngest children , So we always called Janie our adopted sister . She helped out with us children in every way she could , kind and gentle and we often would say she is So funny and happy all the time . After she moved away and she met The love of her life , a fantastic soul she did find in John Worton . I kept in touch with her always and never let her go without many of my phone calls and the fun we had . After I married and Moved to Nova Scotia my dear husband Rob and I would visit her in Cape Breton a lot and enjoyed every stay . My sister Agnes Joy was her 60 year friend and they connected every week . My dear Sister passed away only a Month before Janie did . On my way back to Nova Scotia from Aggies funeral I stopped at the seniors home to let Janie know of Aggies passing . Of course she was heartbroken to see Aggies Obit in my hand . We were only home in Pugwash two short weeks when we heard of Janie’s passing , we were in such shock for sure as I called and let my whole family of 9 siblings know of our loss of Jane . All were very saddened by yet again losing someone we always thought of as a family member . We will miss you Dear Janie ...Rest in Peace with your dear Husband and best Friend Aggie . Xoxo hugs in Heaven
