My name is Rose (Campbell)... I went to St. FX with Heather many years ago, and have lots of fond memories
I just wanted to say that I'm very sorry to read about your mother's passing. My deepest condolences to all of you!!
I met your father a few years back; he was selling books that he had written; a talented, lovely man, as I'm sure your mother was as well. It is such a small world!! Your father and I spoke about his family, of course Heather and so on.
I have a connection with Christmas Island myself with relatives there and my mother near by from Ottawa Brook!
I am truly sorry and hope that your memories will help ease your sadness. It is so difficult to say goodbye as our hearts aren't ready to do so.. . May you find comfort in knowing that they are together again
Take care now ... Rose (Campbell)

To the family of Aunt Jean MacKenzie
Our sincere condolences from your cousins in Winnipeg - Ron, Colin and Mildred. I took my Mom ( Annie Mae MacKenzie) to her sister Marybelle’s funeral in Boisdale in 1990. We stayed with your parents. My Dad ( Archie) was your father’s ( Michael) brother.
I was so impressed with your Mom - she was teaching full time and welcomed us as house guests . Your Mom was so efficient but so kind and compassionate at the same time. I always admired her. I hope that you all find comfort in the memories of your wonderful mother. She was a gem. Our heartfelt sympathy
Ron, Colin and myself Mil Acheson (MacKenzie).
