It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of our dear son, brother, grandchild, cousin and friend, Kobe Bryant Joseph Peck on Thursday April 28, 2022 at the Halifax infirmary surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 26, 2001 to the late Wendy Ann Denny and Glenn Peck, Kobe was a beautiful and happy child, he attended Eskasoni Elementary School and ABM Highschool in Eskasoni. He liked to play video games, hanging out with friends and boxing. He was passionate about training and became an avid biker and runner; he was a member of the Red Tribe Boxing Club and always gave his best to the team and the sport.
Kobe was gentle and humble with a large and kind heart, he was a young man of few words who never complained even in his last fight, the fight for his life. Although his time with us was brief he left an indelible mark on our hearts.
He will be lovingly remembered by his dad Glenn, sister Teanna and brother Noah, fraternal grandmother Jean Peck, maternal grandad Joe Denny, godparents Helen Prosper, Derek Johnson, Janie Peck and Alvin Marshall, numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Special friends Lawrence Paul Jr., Petey Paul, Daryl Paul Xzorian Marshall, Joden Stevens, Ruben Peck, Daymon Johnson and Jake Peck.
