Ashli Denae ButlerRockford - Funeral service for Ashli Denae Butler, 17, will be Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Coosa Central High School with Dr. Jeff Fuller and Rev. Wayne Henderson officiating.  Burial will follow in Rockford Cemetery in Rockford, Alabama.Miss Butler went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 24, 2010.  She was preceded in death by her father, Malcomb Douglas Butler, great grandparents, Willie D and Mae Lambert and grandfather, Leonard Black.  She was an active member of Rockford Baptist Church where she was a Youth Leader and on several committees.  Ashli was a cheerleader at Coosa Central High School and was very active with FCCLA.She is survived by her parents, Donny and Donna McVey of Rockford; brothers, Brent McVey, wife Jennifer of Sylacauga, Corey McVey and Nicholas McVey both of Rockford. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 26 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Rockford Baptist Church.Pallbearers will be Timothy Morris, Brent McVey, Taylor Patterson, Chuck Bradley, Cer Patrick Maxwell, Ryan Self and Matthew Shone.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Rockford Baptist Youth, Coosa Central Cheerleaders and Coosa Central Football Team.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home will direct the service.
