Autumn passed away May 22, 2018 at Children’s Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother: Irene Bolton.
Survivors are her mother: Snow Queen, father: Cody Jenkins, brother: Jacob Queen, grandparents: Misty and James Phillips and Chris and Kelli Mann and numerous other family members.
