Benjamin Russell Bates, age 45 passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021. Benjamin was born July 17, 1976 to Joan Bates and Larry Dale Bates.

Benjamin is survived by his father Larry Dale Bates; his sisters Thia Bates and their sister Stephanie Bates.

Benjamin was preceded in death by their mother Joan Bates.

Benjamin will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, 1501 Talladega Highway, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150.
