Betty Kissic Beasley, age 80 of Sylacauga, passed away at her residence on March 25, 2021. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel with Rev. Eric Franklin officiating. Burial will follow in Tallasahatchie Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 27 at Curtis and Son North Chapel from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. She is survived by her daughter, Marie Beasley; son, Gerald Beasley; sister, Jeanette West; grandchildren, Ashley Thornton (Josh) and Cassie Beasley; great-grandchildren, Cooper Thornton and Raegan Thornton. Betty is preceded in death by parents, Howard and Alma Mizzell Kissic; sister, Mildred Kissic Blackmon; brothers, E.L. Kissic and John Howard Kissic, Sr. Pallbearers will be Bryant Parrett, Tony Cotton, Devan Franklin, Chris Taylor, Bobby Thornton, and Justin Burnett. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Kissic, Steven Cotton, Alan Stone, Jerome Kissic, and David Kissic. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.curtisandsonfh.com.
