Thought the world of Bill. He and his band played at my mother's (Thelma Handley) 90th Birthday party in 2006. He was a super nice person, and will be missed! RIP, Bill!

Bill was a dear friend for many years, his sister Betty Lou was my best friend for years until after graduation from high school. I know he was a good brother to Betty and a good son to his mom. He was always there for them, did not see Bill much in the last few years but I am sure he was a good husband, father, grandfather. One more things i am sure Bill was always there for Betty 's two girls. Prayers to all of his family members. I know you will miss him so. A hard worker can now rest.

Worked with Billy basically his entire career with Avondale and Billy was always good to me. We affectionately called him “Bird Dog” and he was a die hard Republican long before Alabama was a Republican state. Praying for family

Bill was a lifelong friend, neighbor, and classmate. We went to Stewartville School together, and graduated from Weogufka High School. Bill, CLASS OF 1964 LOVES YOU AND HONORS YOU AND THE MEMORIES OF YOU!
Bill was one of the kindest people I have ever known, and he loved everyone! He was considered one of us, the Coleman Families in Stewartville.
He had many accomplishments in his life, but his love and devotion to his family topped his list! We all are proud of him starting his own Band and playing with famous Country Band Artists!
Bill was a friend that is given by God, and he spoke of his belief in God in a comversation I treasure, a few weeks ago, as I prayed with him on the phone.
REST IN JESUS, MY FRIEND, UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!!!
PRAYERS AND LOVE TO THE FAMILY 💔
