I grew up in Mignon Baptist church. Brother Bill and his wife were very special to the young people there at that time. When I turned 16 she was working at the Social Security office in Sylacauga and issued me my SS card which I still carry. I know that anyone who remembers those days in the 50's will recall fond memories.

Ms. Catherine Gresham was a beautiful, Christian lady, a wonderful asset for a sweet, godly, man. Together they have been a team and a powerful witness for Jesus Christ. Dr. Cathy, their daughter, has been the joy of their lives and a great support for them despite her own health issues. To God be the glory for this family. From Five Points Baptist to First Baptist Church and all across this city they are a witness to the Amazing Grace that Jesus provides.

It has been an honor to work for Mrs. never knew where she was going with her remarks....silly...serious...
and thoughtful..she ask me one time what I did there...I said anything you want me to do....her reply "hand me a paper and pen I'm going to write down some things" then she just giggled! She was precious..
