Charles Hugh BoltonSylacauga, AL - Graveside service for Charles Hugh Bolton, 76, will be Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Cemetery with Bro Walter L. Toyer, Sr. officiating.  Mr. Bolton died Sunday, July 3, 2011 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Wesley and Eva Bolton; brothers, James Bolton, Jake Bolton and Lyndel Bolton;  sisters, Gwen Ivy, Mathel White, Prathel Joiner and Evelyn Fryer.  He was retired from Southern Alloy after 54 years as Vice-President of Manufacturing.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather who loved to farm.He is survived by his wife, Martha S. Bolton of Sylacauga; son, Greg Bolton, wife Pam of Sylacauga; daughters, Dr. Melanie C. Bolton of Sylacauga and Marissa Caldwell of Jasper, AL; brother, Coy Bolton of Goodwater; sisters, Eulene Tucker of Uriah, AL and Kiki Smitherman of Trussville, AL; grandchildren, Rebecca Bolton, John Bolton, Charles Seth Michael Landers, Joshua Cody Caldwell and Martha Hayden Caldwell; great-grandchildren, Payton Claire Landers, Jaycee Jayne Caldwell and  Rissa Cole Caldwell.Visitation will be Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.Pallbearers will be Wes Machen, John Odom, Jim Snowden, Henry Nunnely, Billy Bobbitt and Jim Green.Memorial messages may be sent to the family at www.radneysmith.com.Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga, AL will direct the services.
