I have known Charles since I was about 7-8 years of age. Charles had a big heart and I know he had to be loved by all whom knew him. A friend and myself somehow let his van roll down a boat ramp at cedar Creek marina. My friend called Charles and he was there to pull the van out of the creek. We thanked him, offered him money for his troubles, he didn't wanna take it. Well, approximately a week later we did the same thing, except this time it rolled into the creek backwards. My friend called Charles once again to get us out, as to which he did. He got a kick out of this happening again. Charles laughed and said, well boys, now you have washed out the front two weeks ago, now you got the back clean! He will surely be missed. Family, I am sorry for you're loss. This saddened me also.
