Christine  HughesSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Christine  Hughes, 84, will be September 13, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Westview Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmie Roberts officiating.  Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Sylacauga, AL.Mrs. Hughes died on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at her residence.  She was a member of Westview Baptist Church and was married 61 years.  She was preceded in death her parents, Leon J. and Lucy Pearl Jones; great-granddaughter, Anna Sue Roberts; and son-in-law, Jerry Browning.She is survived by her husband, Clyde Hughes; daughters, Carol Roberts, husband Jimmie, of Sylacauga and Marsha Browning of Sylacauga; brothers, Glenn Jones, wife Rachel, of Sylacauga and Leon Jones, wife Doris, of Trenton, IL; grandsons, Chris Roberts, wife Rhonda, Jeff Roberts, wife Carrie, Adam Roberts, wife Holley, Jeremy Browning, wife Tammy and Justin Browning, all of Sylacauga; great-grandchildren, Jessica Roberts, Daniel Roberts, Thomas Roberts, Alex Roberts, Addison Roberts, Avery Roberts, Jacey Browning and Brien Szczypinski; and a host of nieces and nephews.
