This beautiful and courageous woman dedicated her whole life to the service of others. She was a Therapeutic/Medically Fragile foster care parent. Cindy had well over 200 kids come through her home and her heart. She maintained contact and concern for each and every child she had the opportunity to love. She shared this passion with her husband and best friend, Milton. Together they have 10 children. Along with those children, she cared for and loved her nieces and nephews as if they were her own. Cindy was the most adventurous and spontaneous person. She would wake up and decided she needed to see the beach but wouldn’t take off without loading of a dozen or so children along the way! Cindy was far beyond generous and selfless. She had such a level of passion for helping others that most would consider unheard of. She was a strong advocate as supporter of our home town Rockford.
