Clara M. Ogle

Clara Mae Ogle, age 82, of Sylacauga, passed away December 12, 2016. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 2PM at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.

Clara was a devout Christian who cherished her family and her church. She was a selfless giver and always thought of others before herself. Her relationship with Jesus was a living one. Jesus Christ was the love of her soul and she walked with him and talked with him daily.

The family is grateful to Mountain View Lake Retirement Village for 13 years of loving care and Amedysis Home Health and Hospice for taking care of her for the past few months.

She is preceded in death by her son Randy Ogle and his wife Cindy Ogle, and sisters: Sally Robinson and Tennie Baxter.

Survivors are her sons: Danny Ogle, Robert Ogle (Jennifer), daughters: Kathy Thompson, Carol Trowbridge (Frank), Tammy Carroll (Matt), Robin Morris (Phillip), Anne Pruett (Scott), brother: Frank Abernathy (Carol), sisters: Dimple Martin, Judy Luker, 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
