David John Vaughn

David is survived by his wife, Donna Vaughn; his son Matt Vaughn (Brooke); his daughter Katie Fields (Ken); and his step-son Tucker Hernandez; his brother Timothy Paul Vaughn, his brother Philip Andrew Vaughn, his brother Steven Daniel Vaughn, his sister Patricia Ann Moulin and his sister Paula Elizabeth Holding; his grandchildren Zach, Eli, Isabelle, Jackson, Simon and John Luke.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. James Donald Vaughn and Margaret (Peggy) Ruth Vaughn.

A visitation for David will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM.

The family wishes to give special thanks to the physicians and staff at Craddock Health Center, Coosa Valley Medical Center, Southern Care / New Beacon Hospice, Jane Butterworth (Mother-In-Law), Angela and Bethany Butterworth (Sisters-In-Law).
