Debra Joyce Northcutt, born on April 25, 1956, passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 69.

She is survived by her daughter, BriAnna Northcutt (Justin); her grandsons, Gavin Cleveland (Cheyenne) and Devin Hopper; and her great-grandchildren, Caspian Cleveland and Elta Cleveland.

Debra was preceded in death by her father, John Henery Northcutt; her mother, Annie Lee Majors Northcutt; and her brother, Joseph Walker.
