Dova is survived by her husband, David Hay; children, Jessica Colley (Randall), Nathanael Nickolson (Madelyn); grandchildren, Liam Colley, Logan Colley, Emmery Colley, Callum Nickolson, Micah Nickolson; and beloved dog, Callie J; mother, Virginia Mae Stone; brothers, Jonathan Taylor Smith and Laurence Clark. She is preceded in death by her father, A.L. Clark and brother, Troy Wayne Hicks.
She gave her life to her country, her family, and her faith. She lived her life by this verse, Matthew 17:20b (KJV) " If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you."
Visitation will be held at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150, on May 8, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church, 47435 US-280, Sylacauga, AL 35150, on May 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Andrew McKenzie officiating.
Final resting place will be at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery, 47435 US-280, Sylacauga.
