Frank Eugene Polk, of Goodwater, age 66, passed away December 17, 2016. Funeral services will be held at Curtis and Son North Chapel Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 2pm. Visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2016 from 5pm until 8pm. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. He is survived by his wife; Martha Polk, three daughters; Tamika Tubbs, Jennifer Polk, and Emory Kane, mother; Lora Polk, three brothers; John Polk, James Polk, and Kevin Polk, two sisters; Alice Bailey and Shannon Plexico, six grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren.
