Harvey was born April 10, 1951 in Walla Walla, Washington. He attended Rogers and Stateline elementary schools, Walla Walla Academy and Walla Walla High School. He enjoyed "tinkering" with electronics and was very good at repairing older TV's and radios. Harvey became an engineer at various radio and TV stations, becoming the youngest Chief Engineer in the country when working for Bahakel Communications at their stations in Terre Haute, IN.
Harvey is survived by his wife Patricia Baker, brother Steven Baker of Wallula, Washington, brother Kevin Baker of Wasilla, Alaska, sister Janet Terwillegar of College Place, Washington, sister Cheryl Fredson of Weston, Oregon and sister Cherie Baker of Milton-Freewater, Oregon; ex-wife Kathy Gaughan and 10 nieces and nephews. He also leaves numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews to cherish his memory.
Harvey was preceded in death by his ex-wife Angela Troutman; father Jake Baker and mother Helen Baker.
