Hazel is survived by her sons Benny Hurst and Elton Hurst; her 5 Grandchildren and a host of Great Grandchildren.
Hazel was preceded in death by her husband Theodore L. Hurst; and her son James L. Hurst.
A graveside for Hazel will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Greenhill Memorial Gardens. The service will be officiated by Bro. Jeff Thomas.
Hazel will be laid to rest in Greenhill Memorial Gardens.
