Israel "Danny Ray" James

Danny Ray is survived by his son James Smith; and his daughter Jennifer Smith; his sisters Angela Sims (Roy) and Kimberly Ray (Joe), his brothers Jimmy Smith and David Smith; his 3 Grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Danny Ray was preceded in death by his mother Patricia Kelley and his father Jimmy Ray Smith.

A visitation for Danny Ray will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 17, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home. Danny Ray will be laid to rest in Marble City Cemetery. All services will be officiated by Rev. Donnie Blackmon.

Serving as pallbearers are Roy Sims, Stormy Sims, Shelby Sims, David Carden, Brad Gooden, and Quentin Marbury. Serving as honorary pallbearer is Jim Mims.
