Mr. James Madison (Jimmy) Hare, age 90 of Sylacauga, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at his residence. A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 8 at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church Sylacauga with Rev. Todd Henderson and Rev. James Haskins officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 1:00 until 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Eleanor Loiry Hare.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made in memory of Jimmy Hare to First United Methodist Church or Wesley Chapel Methodist Church.
Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel will direct the service.
