James Michael (Mike) HaywoodSylacauga, AL - Funeral service for James Michael (Mike) Haywood, 61, will be Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Providence Baptist Church in Harpersville, AL with Bro. Kenneth Brian Clifton and Bro. David Williams officiating.  Burial will be in Vincent City Cemetery in Vincent, AL.Mr. Haywood died Sunday, January 19, 2014 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Bessie Gae Haywood; brother, Baby Boy Haywood; sister, Nelda Gae Haywood and mother-in-law, Judith E. Abbott.He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Debra Abbott Haywood of Sylacauga; brothers, Frank Haywood of Talladega, Ricky Haywood, wife Wayne of Elba, AL and Tommy Haywood of Pell City, AL; sister, Becky Bird, husband Mickey of Harpersville and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. at Providence Baptist Church in Harpersville, AL.Pallbearers will be Danny Robertson, Floyd Smelley, Jud Lee, Nathan Bird, David Cleveland, Jr., Tony Cleveland, Kale Haywood and Thomas Haywood.In lieu of flowers, the family request contribution to The Alabama Childhood Food Solutions, 205 Old Home Place, Alpine, AL 35014 or The Palmer Place, 305 S.
