James Pinkney Hill, age 79, of Sylacauga, Alabama passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022. James was born March 31, 1943 to Ruby Hill and James Hill.

James is survived by his sons Mark Hill (Roberta) and Daniel Hill; his sister Pam Goodwin (Harold), his brother David Hill and his brother-in-law Dallas Davenport; his grandchildren Kelsey Hill and Jackson Hill and his great granddaughter Sierra Reeder.

James was preceded in death by his wife Lee Ann Hill; his father James Hill and his mother Ruby Hill.

A visitation for James will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Oak Grove Baptist Church, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. James will be laid to rest in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
