Jimmy Lee Gooden Jr., age 52, of Sylacauga, Alabama passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025. Jimmy was born in Richmond, Virginia to Shirley Ann McGill and Jimmy Lee Gooden Sr..

Jimmy is survived by his firstborn son Austin Gooden (Jorja); and his daughter Zalyn Macleroy; his bonus mom Connie Gooden; his brother Chad Gooden Sr., his sister Heidi Brown and his sister Nicolle Gill (Shawn); his grandchild Kennedi Macleroy, his grandchild Kameron Turner, his grandchild Ezequiel Gooden, his grandchild Raya Turner, his nephew Ronny Gooden, his nephew Chad Gooden Jr., his niece Layla Denty, his nephew Ean Denty, his niece Arabella Crow, his nephew Matthew Gill, his niece Daisy Gill and an abundance of Great Nieces and Great Nephews.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his father Jimmy Lee Gooden Sr. and his mother Shirley Ann McGill.

A visitation for Jimmy will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Curtis and Son Funeral Home, 1315 Talladega Hwy, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150.
