Funeral service for John B. Dunn, age 91, of Sylacauga will be Friday, September 9, 2022 at 11AM at Curtis and Son North Chapel with Steve Heartsill and Kevin Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10-11 at the funeral home.
Mr. Dunn passed away on September 7, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Effie Dunn and sister, Catherine Penton. He was car business owner for over 50 years, a member of the Five Points Baptist Church and a member of the Alabama Independent Auto Dealers Association where he served on the board.
He is survived by his wife, Florence Dunn, Daughters, Marcia Ellington (Don), Kayra G. Bryant (Jerry), Son, John Darrell Dunn, grandchildren, Leigh Ellington, Joey Bryant, Tera Grantham, 6 great grandchildren and brother, Willie Dunn.
